The bedrooms, lounge, and dining area were completely refurbished and redecorated in 2005 to modern standards.
The kitchen is fully equipped and is available for all guests to use.
There are three shower rooms, three bathrooms, one including a bath.
All facilities are shared.
Breakfast of home-baked bread & home-made jam, tea, coffee, milk, is also available for an additional $3.

Double Rooms from $60
Large, light and airy with views over the garden and the hills beyond Picton. Beds are fully made up with electric blankets. Extra bedding and large bath towels are freely available as are heaters on chilly nights.
Generously proportioned our double rooms also include reading lights, period furniture, an occasional chair, power points and thick cosy carpet making them extremely comfortable.

Cabins from $64 as a double, $66 as twin, $78 with three sharing
Situated a few steps from the main house providing a little extra privacy, with their own shared bathroom facilities nearby. Beds are fully made up; extra bedding and large bath towels are freely available.
One cabin has a double and single bed & can be used as either a family room, twin or double room.
The other has a queen sized bed and wooden laminate flooring.
Both have reading lights, drawers, hanging space, electric blankets and heaters for a cosy stay.

Share Rooms from $26 per person, per night
We have two share rooms - one with three beds, one with four. All are single fully made up beds (no bunks).
Whilst fully renovated our share rooms retain their original fire places for their unique character feel and high ceilings - excellent for juggling practise!
Rooms have reading lights, power points, big windows, secure storage (please bring your own padlock), hanging space and thick cosy carpet.

Camping: $20 per person per night
A lovely flat grassy area suitable for small tents.
Sleeping mats available and campers may share all available facilities (kitchen, internet etc).
Children are welcome and families/groups can be accommodated - Please contact us to discuss your needs.
